If you are not happy with the products, please contact us within 15 days of delivery by sending us an email with the original invoice and the reason of return. Once the return is approved. We will provide you the return instruction.
All returned merchandise must be in new condition, and ready for resale condition. Wheels and tires must not be mounted.
Damaged, Defective incorrect product
If a customer received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Our team member will be more than happy to assist you to get it resolved. Our team member will assess the situation case by case, either a replacement product will ship to the customer or a refund will be issued to the original payment method after we received the defective product.
The customer will be not charged for the restocking fee for damaged, defect products and wrong items shipped from TOTOTIRE. All other returned orders may be subject to a 20% or more restocking fee upon return. Refunds may not include already installed parts. Most special order items are unable to be returned. The customer is liable for any return shipping charges.
If the item is a special order or has to be ordered in, the order cannot be refunded fully after the order is placed and is subject to an 20% restocking fee or more and any additional shipping charges. Some special orders are not able to be returned at all.
After we receive and product and a inspection is done. We will issue the refund by the original payment method which may takes 3-5 business days.
