We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit or is no longer needed. Our team is here to help.

To start a return request, please contact us at sales@tototires.com.

Return Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 90 days of delivery.
Include your original invoice and the reason for return in your email.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Products returned without prior authorization from TOTO Tire
  • Nuts, bolts, and TPMS sensors
  • Tires or wheels damaged due to road hazards
  • Products damaged during installation
  • Used or damaged products
  • Mounted or balanced wheels/tires
  • Complete summer or winter packages (pre-mounted sets)
  • Orders placed without vehicle information, resulting in fitment issues
  • Special order or clearance items
  • Wheels that have been repainted or modified

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review the case and provide a resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement shipment, or
  • Refund to the original payment method (after product inspection)

👉 No restocking fee will apply for:

  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped by TOTO Tire

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

  • Canada Orders: 15% restocking fee
  • U.S. Orders: 30% restocking fee

Additional notes:

  • Return shipping costs are the TOTO’s responsibility
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Installed or used items are not eligible for refund

Special Orders

Items that are special order or require supplier sourcing are final sale once the order is placed.

If approved for return, they may be subject to:

  • Minimum 15% restocking fee (or higher depending on supplier)
  • Additional inbound/outbound shipping charges
