Return Policy
We understand things happens, and the product might be not right or no longer needed. Our team is here to help. The best way to start a return procedure is to contact us directly by sending a email to sales@tototires.com
If you are not happy with the products, please contact us within 15 days of delivery by sending us an email with the original invoice and the reason of return. Once the return is approved. We will provide you the return instruction.
No Refunds or Exchanges on following condition
Product returned without a return authorization from TOTO Tire
Nuts and TPMS Sensor
Tires or Wheels damaged by road hazards
Products damaged during installation process
Used/damaged products
Mounted/balanced wheels or tires
Summer & Winter Tire packages
No vehicle information was provided at the time of ordering which causing the fitment issue
Manufacture Special order/Clearance products
Customer repainted wheels
Damaged, Defective incorrect product
If a customer received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team member will be more than happy to assist you to get it resolved. Our team member will assess the situation case by case, either a replacement product will ship to the customer or a refund will be issued to the original payment method after we received the defective product.
The customer will be not charged for the restocking fee for damaged, defect products and wrong items shipped from TOTOTIRE. All other returned orders may be subject to a 20% or more restocking fee upon return. Refunds may not include already installed parts. Most special order items are unable to be returned. The customer is liable for any return shipping charges.
If the item is a special order* or has to be ordered in, the order cannot be refunded fully after the order is placed and is subject to an 20% restocking fee or more and any additional shipping charges.
After we receive and product and a inspection is done. We will issue the refund by the original payment method which may takes 3-5 business days.
* Special order items ( Enkei Wheels, Braelin Wheels, Aodhan Wheels ,BBS wheels, Fifteen52 Wheels, Gram Light, Vossen wheels)
