To qualify for our 100% Fitment Guarantee the following conditions must be met:

You must provide your vehicle information.

Provide your vehicle information (Year, Make, Model, and Sub-model)

The vehicle must be unmodified and has all original factory settings.

Modifications ( Lower springs, Coilovers, Fender flares, BBK) NOT qualify wheels and tire fitment Guarantee.

You are purchasing a full set of tires, wheels or tires.

If you choose not to provide your vehicle information, or chose to skip Fitment Check, when placing an order our Guarantee Fitment is not applicable.

The 100% Fitment Guarantee claim will be denied in these circumstances:

The vehicle description described by the customer is not complete, inaccurate or wrong.

The vehicle is listed on the manufacturers website as an approved fitment but the customer or the installer claims the product does not fit.

The vehicle information is not listed when order is placed.

The order was not approved for 100% Fitment Guarantee and the order was shipped with the disclaimer to that effect.

We will Review Your Order:

Our experience sales will check  to ensure that all orders we ship will fit your described vehicle.

To the best of our knowledge, Due to the possibility of typographical errors, modified vehicles, wear of vehicle, age of vehicle, or other factors, our sales representative may not always be 100% accurate. Our vehicle database is sourced and verified by third party and to the best of our knowledge is accurate and up to date.

Please be aware that if you are installing aftermarket wheels, and/or changing tire size you are customizing your vehicle; therefore, the products you order from toto tire may not fit exactly the same as the factory Specs. (Offset width and Diameter)

We do offer shipping service for domestic and US orders. The freight charge depends on location.  The customer will be responsible for the appropriate tax, duties and other fees related to the products.

The customer is responsible to provide the correct postal code or zip code along with a physical address as most of our products can not be shipped to a PO BOX.

Once an order is placed, one of our team member will contact the customer within 2-3 business days and provide the courier information along with a tracking number for in stock items. For special orders and out of stock items, it may takes longer time depend on the stock availability from the manufacture. An email with a tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped.

Wheels and parts will be shipped in its original packaging. 

Tires will be shipped in its original form with a shipping label on. 

For tire and wheel packages, we will mount the tires on the wheels. The tire wheel package will also be balanced. Cardboards will be used to protect the wheels face from scratching and other damage during transportation. Additional hardware(hub ring, bolts, spacers) if needed, will be place in a box and securely attached to the wheel tire assembly. Please look for hardware enclosed label on the package. 

For customers who lives in GTA area, we do offer the option of pick up or install the wheels and tires at our physical location.

For local pick up orders, our sales team will contact you once the order is ready for pick up. Please have a invoice ready when picking up.

For customer who prefer to install the products at our shop, we will contact you by phone or email once we have the products in stock and an appointment for installation can be scheduled at the time.
